Sector 1: The Climb
A steep uphill sprint off the line into Turn 1. The cars then blast up a long hill towards Turn 3, the highest point on the circuit and a major braking zone for overtaking.
Sector 2: Downhill Sweepers
Plunging downhill, drivers negotiate the fast, sweeping double left-handers of the infield. The car experiences high lateral G's as it sweeps towards the valley.
Sector 3: The Final Corners
The fast right-handers of Turns 9 and 10 complete the lap. Carrying too much speed invariably punishes drivers by pushing them wide over the aggressive sausage kerbs.
