Sector 1: The Senna 'S'
Heavy braking into Turn 1, immediately followed by the looping right-hander of Turn 2 (Senna 'S'). Good traction out of this sequence sets up the run down to the first chicane.
Sector 2: Island Chicanes
A fast, flowing section through the trees of the Île Notre-Dame. Cars bounce viciously over the high kerbs of the chicane complexes, demanding a soft suspension setup.
Sector 3: Wall of Champions
The iconic final sector contains the long Casino straight, culminating in heavy braking for the final chicane. The exit is guarded by the infamous Wall of Champions.
